The Hunger Action Center is an online community of individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in the fight against hunger in our country. Together, we advocate on behalf of millions of hungry Americans for federal, state, and local legislation that addresses the many factors that contribute to food insecurity in our nation.

Our members make up Hunger Leadership Teams that are active in cities and towns across the United States, working to make a very real difference in the lives of their neighbors and all Americans who are at risk.

This community is powered by America’s Second Harvest—The Nation’s Food Bank Network , the nation’s largest charitable hunger relief organization. America’s Second Harvest supports a network of over 200 food banks and food rescue organizations in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
